Alex Llompart is a former student-athlete who received his bachelor's degree from Pepperdine University in International Business. As a former professional tennis player and Puerto Rico National champion, Alex knows that hard work, discipline, and responsibility are key elements to becoming successful in any career. Soon after culminating his tennis career, Alex found a passion in Real Estate after recognizing that this competitive energy could be translated into the Real Estate industry. Alex has great experience representing different types of clients in real estate transactions, as well as experience purchasing investment properties for individual purposes. After 7 years in the industry, Alex has sold over 300 properties as a broker/investor. His expertise now includes short-term rentals and hotels and more recently, he has become an active investor in the Puerto Rico and Florida housing markets.
